End-to-end delivery for residential township developments. Responsible for RERA compliance timelines, subcontractor management, cost control, and coordination across design, procurement, and execution teams. Minimum 8 years residential real estate construction experience required.
Site-based civil engineering for infrastructure projects across Odisha. Civil Engineering degree required. Prior experience in infrastructure and industrial projects preferred. Exposure to institutional clients (RITES, Vedanta, IOCL scale) is a strong plus.

Lead talent acquisition and employee experience across all seven business verticals. Design and roll out training, mentorship, and internal promotion programs. HR Generalist background preferred with experience across real estate, hospitality, or multi-sector conglomerates.
Architectural design for residential and mixed-use township projects. Coordinate with planning, structural, MEP, and landscape teams. Vastu-compliant design experience a strong plus. B.Arch + COA registration required.
Oversee front office operations at Presidency Hotels & Resorts. Guest relations, reservations, revenue management, and team leadership. Hotel Management degree or equivalent. Experience at 4-star or higher property required.
