Ms. Sofia Firdous is the Director of Metro Group and holds a degree in Leadership Management from Leadership Management International, USA. She is a next-generation entrepreneur who has been leading the business to new heights. Sofia is responsible for multiple aspects of the business including operations, management, marketing, and overall growth — and plays a key role in Business Development and Corporate Communications.
Sofia serves as the President of Bhubaneswar CREDAI (2023–25) — the first woman to lead a city or state chapter in CREDAI. She leads the Skill Committee and serves as CWW East Zone Coordinator at CREDAI (2022–25). She holds membership in CREDAI's National Skill, Sustainable & RERA Committee, serves as Co-Chair at CII-IGBC Bhubaneswar Chapter, and is a Core Committee Member of ICC and IWEC Odisha. She also played a pivotal role in organising India's First Women's Business Mela at Bhubaneswar in 2022.
With over a decade of seasoned experience in the real estate industry, Mohammad Aleem is a driving force behind Metro Group's success. Azim Mohammed, the Managing Director of Metro Supermarket Pvt. Ltd., has 12 years of retail experience and extensive training in modern retailing from India's finest retail gurus. He founded Metto in 2012 and has taken the supermarket chain to new heights across Cuttack — becoming a trusted household name. He now plans to expand retail outlets across Odisha while supporting young shopkeepers with business automation.
Iffat Jahan has been actively involved in automating Metto's general operations and marketing.
